Cakes, Food and other Bakery Items are not accepted back once they are opened or if the parcel is delivered in a perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with the cakes or if there are any other issues, please contact our Customer Support and we will try our best to resolve your concern.

In case of UnDelivered Parcels – We make every effort to communicate with the receiver and the sender by phone and email. However, in case if a situation arises that the receiver is not at home for several days or if the receiver refuses to accept the parcel or due to any reason the parcel is returned back, there is no refund issue for that order.
