Cash Refunds or Refunds back to Account / Credit Card is not given. We only give you a Full Store Credit for Future Purchase.
In case of UnDelivered Parcels – We make every effort to communicate with the receiver and the sender by phone and email. However, in case if a situation arises that the receiver is not at home for several days or if the receiver refuses to accept the parcel or due to any reason the parcel is returned back, there is no refund issue for that order.
